I'm looking for a self hosted alternative to Strawpoll.com so I can add polls to posts on the website. Let me know if you find anything good!

Framasoft created a polling software called Framadate.

It might seem old, however it's just pulling the specified version from releases. If you do end up using this, please push the image to docker so everyone can use!
